i went here last week and it was great!!! got a boneless banquet and my little girl got popcorn chicken and we shared some chips. i got served by a lovely young lady named zara who gave me great service would come again thank you!!
Been in here a few times, staff and managers are always friendly, only reason it's a 4* for service is every time I click "sit in" i get a bag to go out with (annoying) but apart from that the kfc pinball machine seems to always fire out freebies and who doesn't love chicken right? Will snap a pic next time I'm in 2.50 for original wrap less than 5 for the meal outstanding value for money and the chance for freebies aswell
This KFC is one of the best around the Glasgow area. As a regular visitor from Airdrie, I particularly enjoy the quality of the chicken and coffee. However, during my last visit, hot drinks were unfortunately unavailable. One issue I’ve noticed is with the parking area: many customers leave their high beams on while eating in their cars. This can be quite bothersome, especially when I have toddlers in the car, as the bright lights are very uncomfortable for them.
Because of the size of the order, our meal wasn't ready when I went in to collect it, the staff were very apologetic and offered me a free tea or coffee while i waited for my order to be prepared, I thought that was very good service and even helped me to my car with the parcels of food. I was there yesterday at the drive thru. A lovely lady took our order on the 26th October at 3.42pm. I can't remember the ladies name but she was so lovely even put our napkins, straws in a little kfc paper bag folded nicely. It was the little things that make a difference. I can't remember her name but if management could give this lady praise it would be much appreciated.
Quiet, Friday night too. Very clean and the store and staff seems to be worked to be run very efficiently. For was nice to add were the facilities also. No problems so be back.
